Service Disruption Impacting Customers in Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties
Update: 9/11 PM - Service has been restored to approximately 65% of affected customers in Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties. NEO crews and our partners from other gas utilities will continue service restorations until 11:00 this evening. Crews will continue going door to door at 7:30 tomorrow morning.
To restore service, conduct safety checks and relight appliances, our crews will need access to the inside of your home and an adult is required to be present.
Please do not attempt to relight appliances on your own. If you are not home when NEO personnel arrive to relight appliances, please contact 1-800-237-2099. We will schedule a visit to your home to relight appliances.

Update: 9/8 - On September 8th, a third party struck one of our pipeline facilities. NEO crews responded immediately, and the situation is safe. There is no danger to the community. Approximately 750 NEO customers in Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties are experiencing a disruption to their natural gas service. Due to the level of damage to the facility, the timeframe for service restoration is unknown at this time. NEO crews will continue to work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
